Pietro Amoriello, our head chef, was born in Italy, where his passion for Italian cuisine began. Since moving to Canada a decade ago, Pietro has brought his unique blend of creativity and tradition to the Ottawa community. At Del Piacere, which means "of pleasure," his aim is to create dishes that evoke satisfaction and joy with every bite.
